Dear Friends, I just heard from Pastor Herbert that there has been a recent surge in Covid cases in Uganda. (They have had a very difficult time getting the vaccine there, and less than 1% of the population has been vaccinated.) As a result, the president made an emergency announcement Sunday evening that all churches and schools will be closed for the next six weeks.
