Praise’s Story

Praise’s mother abandoned her and fled when Praise was one year old because her father was abusive. He was also a drug addict. Many times members of the community rescued Praise when he was on one of his drug rampages. Praise was brought to live with two of our team members a few years ago and enrolled in Victory Primary School. She has been hospitalized many times for severe allergic reactions. Currently, Praise is 11 years old and is now living in our Joanne Gentile Dormitory for Girls. She is sponsored by the Lake of the Woods Church!
