Ruth Joanah Namagga lives with her grandmother in a small home in Kampala, Uganda. Her father was committed to a mental institution but escaped in 2021, and has not been heard from since. Thanks to V127, Ruth is the first in her family to be able to attend school as the family was unable to afford schooling for any of her older siblings.
